Admissions Process

Welcome to King's Academy!

We're excited you're interested in our school and look forward to partnering with your family on your child's educational and spiritual journey. To ensure KA is the right fit for your child, we've outlined the following admissions process:

1. Explore Our Website

Before scheduling an interview, we encourage you and your student(s) to thoroughly explore our website and learn about our unique learning model and educational philosophy. Understanding our approach is a crucial first step. After reviewing the information, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We're happy to provide further insights and resources.

2. Submit Your Application

We accept student applications year-round, based on availability. You will need to download our admission form to begin the application process. Once submitted, our Admissions Team will review your application, which takes approximately a week. We will contact you if we have any questions. There is no application fee.

3. Schedule an Interview

Once we have reviewed your application, we will reach out to schedule an in-person family meeting with one of our admissions team members.  The interview is a valuable opportunity for us to meet you and your student(s), share more about King's Academy, discuss our mission and tour our facilities. Depending on the time of year, the interview may be conducted during school hours, offering a glimpse into our learning environment. Interviews typically last about an hour, depending on your questions.

4. Visiting Week (Optional)

Following the interview, we may schedule a visiting week for your student(s). This provides a chance to engage with current students and staff, experience our learning process firsthand, and further explore our facilities. After the visit, we'll connect by phone to discuss whether King's Academy is the right fit for your family.

5. Enrollment

The final step in the admissions process is completing the Enrollment Agreement. Enrollment is for a minimum of one academic year, or the remainder of the current school year (if enrolling mid-year). Once your application has been approved, there is a one-time enrollment fee to secure your child’s spot.

King's Academy plans to offer need-based financial aid options in the near future to assist in making tuition affordable for everyone.

An empathetic headline that sets up your admissions philosophy.

Most parents make a decision like this only a few times in their life. It’s natural that they might feel overwhelmed and confused by the whole experience of finding, researching, deciding on, and ultimately enrolling in a school.

The headline above and this supporting text can empathize with that challenge and assure them that you’ve crafted a smooth enrollment process designed to help them make the right choice for their student.

What HCS Parents Say

Our experience has been truly uplifting. The staff's commitment to helping each student reach new heights is unparalleled. We've been to other schools, but none have raised our expectations and delivered like HCS.
